The name Eskaya refers to the only known indigenous people of bohol, philippines. The resort is in Panglao Island, which is at the southernmost tip of bohol. It is located halfway through Panglao along its coast facing Bohol Sea.
The resort is a sprawling 16-hectare property. It has boutque-style which accounts for its exclusivity. It has 15 well-appointed villas, with two villas having 2 bedrooms. Architecture of the buildings is decidedly Filipino with a splash of modern. These ard built with sturdy construction materials, but the ample use of indigenous materials like bamboo, cogon, and wood for finishing is highly evident.
